Our project managers act as intermediate figures between the VSI consulting team and the client's team, ensuring that the project is a success. We involve Human Resources personnel, whatever the nature of the project, and we use modern gamification techniques such as Lego Serious Play to achieve objectives. Creation of a company or unit responsible for compliance to serve as liaison with the UAF or outsource to compliance companies. Design of controls and preventive measures in prevention and compliance with a risk-based approach. Continuous and specific training for staff on prevention and compliance issues and tools.
